There’s a new addition at Bray & Bloom Farm!

Meet our antique 1950s McCormick Farmall Cub!

She needs a little spit shine, but we’re so excited about the authentic vintage character she brings to the farm. We may add a little holiday spirit, but not too much, because she’s gorgeous just the way she is!

She’s just a hop, skip, and a jump from our Christmas hay bale setup, making her a perfect second setting for holiday photos!

She’s included with every Bray & Bloom Farm photography reservation!

Okay, now that we’ve shared the pretty part, let’s talk about the behind-the-scenes safety part! 😂

These round bales are HEAVY. And anyone who knows me knows I’m a bit of a safety nut!

We put a lot of thought into making sure our Christmas hay bale setup is as secure as possible. The bottom bales are secured with heavy-duty RV-rated wheel chocks and wedged wood, and we’ve reinforced the stack with multiple pieces of rebar installed from several angles to help keep everything in place.

That being said, we kindly ask that photographers and their clients do not climb on, lean against, or attempt to move or adjust the Christmas hay bales.

Now, if you’re looking for those fun, interactive hay bale photos where clients can sit, lean, or climb, we’ve got you covered! We have two additional round bales in our wooded glade that are available for more interactive photos, with appropriate supervision.

We want everyone who visits Bray & Bloom Farm to have a wonderful experience, make beautiful memories, and most importantly, stay safe!

A little behind-the-scenes look at what goes into bringing these setups to life!

We’ve been dropping little hints, and now we can finally share what we’ve been working on!

We couldn’t resist putting our own spin on the trending hay bale setup! After weeks of planning, collecting pieces, and bringing it all together, it’s finally ready!

Our Christmas setup is officially available for photographers at Bray & Bloom Farm and is included with every Bray & Bloom Farm Reservation!

Small sneak peek at our Christmas setup! Full reveal November 1st!

What Mr. Bray & Bloom hears when I say we need a little more hay bales. 😬 Got a delivery this morning and so excited for our plans for them!

This family and our tire swing are EVERYTHING. 🥹😍

I knew I was going to love this addition, but OH MY GOODNESS. These photos! I don’t think I could love these any more than I do. 🥰

For my fellow photographers curious about shooting on the swing, these were all taken with a Canon R6 + 85mm f/1.4L, shooting between f/2 and f/4!
